Superba Residence

This project was designed as a house from scratch in the creative community of Venice Beach, CA.

The home is 2700 S.F. with a two car garage, central courtyard and roofdeck.

It’s main feature are the operable sliders that open to the front yard and courtyard simultaneously off the main living space.

This flexibility enables the homeowner to use his living room as a public street frontage in social situations, while still enabling them to have privacy when needed.

The open courtyard works as a separate formal dining area, a casual breakfast area, or an outdoor living room extension.
